Ongoing Projects

 Working with people and groups in gardens and wild places. And myself, being grounded, finding place, being held. Youth, disadvantaged people, long-term unemployed, people with mental health challenges. Long term working at community-based Landcare Cemetery Creek, Bellingen, Bellingen High Community Garden, Bellingen Youth Hub, Coffs Coast Innovation Farm, Anglicare gardens for newly arrived refugees, Australian Association for Bush Therapy writing.

 

Coast Community Farm - Innovation Fund 2012 -2014

This ambitious project offered purpose and place for people experiencing social exclusion, mental health challenges, long-term unemployment and embedded disadvantage. We at RISIR were asked to evaluate and research – applying innovative, qualitative, transdisciplinary research methodologies.
